q Live arrival guaranteed. Order must be picked up within one hour of availability of shipment to guarantee credit on any DOA’S . All DOA’S will be verified by carrier agent in order to ensure credit. All DOA’S must be reported within 24 hours of shipment.

q All Store deliveries have a 24 hour guarantee .

q We are not responsible for mishandling or delays by carriers which are completely beyond our control.
